Pilot Peppler
Founder & Chairman

Pilot Peppler was born in Ottawa, Canada, and while astute in the fields of science and math, he chose to focus on his creative passions after school and spent eight years as a travelling musician. After hanging up his professional guitar, Pilot continued to follow his creative spirit by immigrating to the United States with a motorcycle, backpack and hopes of starting a business based off a new passion for computers and database development. His first company was Creative Solutions Group, whcih operated out of a nook in his kitchen before increased business and a few employees forced expansion to a converted garage.

After years of growth and juggling business operations with programming, Pilot has steered the company to a position where he can focus a majority of his time on developing new features and platforms for the future.

Bryan O'Patry
President & CEO

Bryan joined PilotWare in 2001 to help manage a growing list of clients and challenges associated with delivering software to television production in the expanding reality genre. Drawing from his entrepreneurial background, Bryan crafted licensing programs and deveoped an equipment rental division that beacame standard components on hundreds of reality productions.

Originally from San Diego, Bryan moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California where he majored in economics. As a student in 1990, he started his first business, Gourmet on Wheels, and intorduced the concept of restaurant delivery service to Los Angeles.
