LIBRARY
The Library Module began years ago as a tape tracking system and has evolved into a media library for the growing array of asset formats that today’s businesses must manage. Create a variety of numbering formats, track whereabouts and history, and print labels w/ barcodes. The vault is scalable to meet needs ranging from small video libraries to large corporate structures with multiple projects and departments.
LOG
The Logging Module has grown through feedback and requests from clients on hundreds of reality show productions where high shooting ratios demand effective management of source materials. PilotWare’s Logging Module delivers an efficient platform for cataloguing and searching footage quickly, systematically and comprehensively. PilotWare allows users to customize logging topics and associate descriptive keyword lists, which refines the logging and search process. Transcripts can be generated in the system, or imported from text files and made searchable.
SEARCH
All data entry fields in the system are searchable. Search by a single field, multiple fields, data ranges or even omit field entries from a search. Searches can be saved in bins and developed into story ideas, with export options for text or EDL lists that can be used in editing systems.
